Affinity BroadSpec | Herbicide

Affinity® BroadSpec herbicide with TotalSol® soluble granules offer a flexible, reliable solution for post emergence broadleaf weed control in cereal crops. Affinity BroadSpec herbicide may be safely tank mixed with all Group 2 grass herbicides without compromising weed control. For maximum flexibility and cleaner fields, choose an Affinity brand herbicide as a tank-mix partner for your cereal fields.

  • Controls key broadleaf weeds including Canada thistle, wild buckwheat and kochia*.
  • Delivers weed control in cereal crops such as wheat, durum, barley, oats, triticale and fallow.
  • Can be mixed with one or more suitable registered herbicides to control additional weeds.
  • Can be applied as a burndown treatment for wheat and barley prior to or shortly after planting.
  • When used as a burndown treatment during crop rotation, plant rice or triticale immediately after application. Wait seven days to plant soybeans; 14 days for cotton, field corn or grain sorghum; 60 days for sugar beets, winter rape or canola; and 45 days for any other crop.
 
*Naturally occurring resistant biotypes of these weeds are known to occur. For best results, use Affinity BroadSpec herbicide in a tank mix.

  • Pre-Harvest Interval: Wheat, barley, triticale: 45 days
  • Product Use Rates: Affinity BroadSpec herbicide: 0.4 – 1.0 oz./A Affinity TankMix herbicide: 0.6 – 1.0 oz./A Huskie herbicide: 8.5 fl. oz./A Bromoxynil1 + MCPA ester: 16 -24 oz./A
  • Use only clean water for preparing product solutions.
  • Any tank-mix partners and adjuvants should be added to the spray tank only after the Affinity brand product granules have fully dissolved.
