BUCKSHOT

CHS Buckshot™ is recommended as a foliar applied fertilizer for use on alfalfa, corn, peanuts, potato, soybeans, sugar beets, cereals, cotton or any food or fiber crop where the addition of one or more of the nutrients contained in CHS Buckshot would be beneficial. The use of the fertilizer on any crop(s) other than those recommended may result in serious injury to the crop(s). CHS Buckshot is approved to be used with Engenia™ and XtendiMax® tank mixes.

CHS Buckshot has been shown to be compatible with most pesticides and liquid fertilizers. However, a jar test may be needed to guarantee compatibility due to differences in the quality of specific water sources or specific fertilizers.

Application Directions

Foliar

  • Apply 1-2 qt/A to alfalfa, corn, peanuts, potato, soybeans, sugar beets or cereals prior to or immediately after deficiency symptoms occur to prevent or alleviate losses from nutrient deficiencies. Apply 1-2 pt/A to cotton between first true leaf and boll fill. Apply 1-2 pt/A to dry edible beans just prior to bloom. Applications to other crops should only be made as recommended by a professional crop advisor where sulfur, boron, manganese, molybdenum or zinc would be advantageous.
